I have done master with 4years experience in social sector. I worked with different organizations.Attended 7days training on monitoring of multiple indicator cluster survey(Mics) 2018_2019held by planning & development department BALOCHISTAN. Attended 25 days training on maternal Mortality survay held by National Institute of population studies (Nips) Islamabad. I worked with Apex consulting as a internal field Monitor. Worked as field enumerator poverty score survey at district Zhob and Sherani with aware Balochistan. I Work as a social mobilizer with crvs in birth registration. I worked as enumerator in a project Balochistan nutrition program mother and child with AASA consulting. I worked with CPD as a volunteer in COVID19.I have been working with the Agha Khan Hospital Research on stunting prevention. I have been working with International Islamic Relief as a Community development officer in RAPID (Resilient and Adoptive Population in Disaster) and Social Organizer in WFP project and shelter emergency project and TACVA project and GAC (Global Affair Canada).I recently worked with an International Islamic Relief organization as a HYGIENE PROMOTER, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, and SOCIAL ORGANIZER in different emergencies and regular projects. In International Islamic Relief I also do multiple tasks such as RAPID NEED ASSESSMENT, Post Monitoring, Baseline survey, Endline Survey, CO Formation, Hygiene sessions, Database, Tokens generation, NACTA verification, and NFI(Nonfood items) MPCG(multiple purpose Cash Grant) Household kits distribution and also involve in different seasonal programs such as QURBANI, HAQEEQA, WINTER SEASON. I also worked on apex consulting as a field monitor. I worked with NIPS(National Institute of Population Survey) as an Enumerator. I worked with MICS(Multiple indicator cluster survey) as a monitoring officer in Quetta and Ziarat and also did revisited verification monitoring.
